Wait, the Divine Tree needed more chakra than that little amount of people to even grow. Also, I feel the jounins are just making stupid decisions and getting injured out of no where. In Naruto series a jounin came ready to battle, they didn't play when it became serious. Konohamaru skill level seemed to have dropped, he showed more skills against Naruto during the Chunin exams. He hasn't did one of those skills since Boruto started. And another thing Mugino also got his chakra sucked out but he could still move why can't Konohamaru move his arm anymore. I don't think chakra was just circulating in his arm.
